From Newport, Co Tipperary and living in Co. Limerick. Kevin is currently Chief Executive of Munster Bovine, a role he took up in 2016. He previously held a number of senior roles in Aurivo Co-op in their Dairy Ingredients, Consumer Foods and Agribusinesses. Prior to this he was a Dairy Specialist at South Western Services (SWS) after spending a number of years in Farm Management. His study topic was ‘The Impact of Milk Solids on Irish Milk Processors versus their New Zealand Counterparts’. He travelled to Canada and New Zealand during his scholarship.
