Karen Brosnan was Chair of Nuffield Ireland from 2019 – 2022. Originally from a dairy farm in North Kerry, Karen is a management, leadership and organisational change consultant with extensive experience in facilitation and strategic planning within the agri-food industry. Karen has worked nationally and internationally as a strategy consultant, facilitator, and executive coach. She works with companies, boards and executives to plan strategically for organisational change, to implement leadership development programmes and to facilitate culture change. Karen is also the current Chair of Gurteen College and a former Chair of Ceres, the women in agri-business leadership network.
