
Developing people on Irish dairy farms
Mark Rochford from Mountmellick, Co Laois, is a 2013 Nuffield Scholar, supported by Peter Daly Trust/Dairymaster/LIC. Mark studied “Developing People on Irish Dairy Farms” which looked into what farmers need to do to grow and develop successful people and create an enjoyable and satisfying working environment for all. Mark is married to Aileen and they have four children. He is currently dairy farming in partnership with his family. Mark was a member of the Nuffield Ireland board from October 2019 – September 2022
