Biography
Shane Fitzgerald comes from a small village called Ballynoe, located in East Cork Shane and his wife Fiona have three three kids, 4 year old twin boys Adam and Cillian and 10 month old Darragh. Shane runs a grass based dairy operation and is currently milking 280 cows. Shane owns 62 hectares and is currently renting 116 hectare. Shane also rears 200 replacements and his herd is a cross breed herd. Since quotas were abolished Shane has increased from 170 cows and plans to milk 320 cows next year in partnership with his uncle John.
